Tomorrow morning I'll be catching an early morning flight to Tromsø, in northern Norway. The last time I was there was in March 2010. I'll be meeting up with an old friend and his wife who flew in from Singapore just a few hours ago. They've never experienced cold weather like this before, and the weather forecast predicted is quite warm actually. -3 C on Thursday and up to 4 C on Friday. They've never seen the northern lights before and they've never skied, so we're going to go hunt for the northern lights, and probably ski as well. I've seen the lights when I was in Tromsø the last time, as well as when I was in Iceland. I'll be bringing my camera and tripod, so hopefully I'll get some really good photos! Not bringing my laptop though, I'm travelling light for this trip. Be back Saturday evening.
Tromsø here I come again!
