Norwegian movies and tv

If you're interested in watching Norwegian related programs, here's a list I've made for your entertainment.  I've personally watched everything in this list.  You can find these available on the Internet and DVD shops.

TV Series

• Lillyhammer (2012) is about a former New York mobster who relocated to Lillehammer in Norway as part of a witness protection program.  Hilarity ensues.  If you want to understand what Norwegian culture and life is about, you have to watch this.  Highly recommended.

Movies

• Få meg på, for faen (2011).  Life about a horny 15 year old Norwegian girl living in a small town of Norway.  I guess mentioning the horny word alone would perk the curiosity of those who haven't seen this movie.  It's an interesting movie.
• Død snø (2009).  Nazi zombies living in the mountains and snow.  Unknowing Norwegians visit mountains with much blood and gore the inevitable result.  It's supposed to be both horror and comedy, I personally find it more comedic than anything else.
• Troll Hunter (2010).  Trolls are legend in Norway and used to scare little kids to bed.  This movie's about a bunch of Norwegian reporters following an alleged troll hunter in his troll hunting adventures.
